It's hard to believe that it's May already and summer is literally just around the corner... man oh man where does the time go?

I remember when I was a kid it seemed that time couldn't go by fast enough, but now it's flying by faster then ever... Maybe that's just a sign I'm getting old LOL

But here we are the start of a brand new month and I've got a brand new workout  plan for you and it's a badass strength program...
Your New Workout Plan
I developed this program for my own training and I absolutely love it...

This is a modified version of the basic West Side Barbell training template using the conjugate method of including Max Effort and Dynamic Effort training days within the same week.

The way the program is split up is we'll be focusing on Squats plus assistance exercises for one workout and Bench Press plus assistance exercises for the next workout. So, it's basically an "Upper / Lower Body Split".

Your New Workout Plan - Dynamic Power Building
WARNING:
This workout is an advanced program. You should have at least 1 year of consistent weight training experience before performing this workout and you need to be comfortable doing the 3 main powerlifts (i.e. squat, bench press, and deadlift). If you have been training for less then 1 year and are not comfortable with the squat, bench press, and deadlift – then e-mail me and I'll suggest a better program based on your current fitness level.
