Hey Friend,
I remember when I was younger it was easier to follow a proper workout and nutrition program. But as I've gotten older and have more responsibilities on my plate, it's gotten a lot harder to keep up with the day to day grind of going to the gym and sticking to a structured meal plan.
But it can still be done if you're smart about it...
And the best part is it doesn't require you to spend hours per day in the gym - or eat 6 meals per day...
In fact, you'd be surprised by just how little work you really need to do in order to make progress - if you focus on doing the "Right Things".
I'm sure you've heard of The Pareto Principle (also known as the 80/20 rule). The principle states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
This principle directly applies to training and nutrition for building muscle and losing fat.
If you know what to focus on, you can get 80% of the results from 20% of the effort.
And for most guys, getting 80% of the results with 20% of the effort is good enough to look lean, buff, and muscular...
Check out the progress pictures below to see my results from applying this 80/20 rule to my own fitness and nutrition program...
