A study conducted at the University of Chicago showed that even in young guys, testosterone drops by 10-15% if they don’t get enough sleep!

There’s no doubt that lack of sleep will negatively impact our t-levels as well as our ability to "perform"...

But how much sleep do we actually need to avoid this emasculation?
