"Why Did You Start Working Out?"
Please hit reply and let me know why YOU started working out?
Most times people will say stuff like:
"I want to be bigger"
"I want to be leaner"
"I want to improve my health"
Etc...
But these are usually surface level things. More often than not there are much deeper reasons that motivated you to take action to workout in the first place.
You need to find out what those deep motivating reasons are for YOU - because the same drive that motivated you to start working out, is usually what's going to keep you working out through the challenges and adversity that will show up in your life.
