When it comes to losing your gut and keeping it off for good - the #1 thing you need to wrap your mind around is the idea of making a lifestyle change - and not just going on another short term quick fix plan.
While you can suffer it out in the short term with an extreme low calorie cutting plan and make progress - the results rarely last if you don't enjoy what you're doing.
If you can't see yourself sticking to your program for the rest of your life - the results are only temporary.
The good news is that you don't have to be perfect, it doesn't have to be stressful, or painful, and most likely it can actually be more enjoyable than the way you're living right now if you follow the right approach.
