Here we are, just a couple days away from 2019 and along with that comes "New Years Resolutions".
Now I don't know about you, But I hate New Year's Resolutions...
First off, the success rate for most New Year's Resolutions suck!
I
mean if you were a gambling man, you'd never bet money on someone
actually achieving their New Year's Resolution, because the odds are
they won't…
I'm sure you know of friends or family members who
say every single New Year that they are going to go on a diet and lose
weight, and yet they never follow through and are still overweight.
Or others who resolve to quit smoking. Year after year they promise to quit, yet they're still smoking.
Those
are 2 of the most common ones, but the same thing applies for virtually
all New Year's Resolution Goals. Be that financial goals, personal
development goals, relationship goals, or whatever.
In order to
be effective - goal setting should NOT be an annual event. It has to
become a daily habit that you do over and over again. That's the only
way to make it work and see real life changing results.
Just like
you can't go to the gym once a year and expect to make a change, you
can't set goals once a year and expect to make a change. It has to be a
regular on going practice.
To help you with this, I'm going to be launching a new video series on YouTube called "More
Than Muscle".
This video series is going to dive in deep into personal
development and helping you to become the best version of yourself in
all areas of your life.
In these videos we'll not only be covering
health & fitness, but also how to improve your self confidence,
build better relationships, improve your financial situation, and how to
become a better man who can provide for his family.
And it all starts with changing your mindset, finding the right mentors, and setting higher standards for yourself.
So Friend what are some areas of your life that you'd like to improve?
It
could be fitness related, personal development, educational, financial,
or even a materialistic or experiential goal that you'd like to achieve.
