| Hey Friend,
It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here and I hope you had a good Christmas Holiday and New Year's and are ready to get back on track.
But at the same time you've probably been bombarded with numerous offers to help you get in shape for the "New Year".
The biggest problem that I have with most New Year's Fitness Resolutions, is folks try to do "too much, too soon"... Which often leads to burn out, failure, and frustration...
Not Good! So, I have a very simple yet powerful suggestion that can help you develop lasting health & fitness habits in 2025.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day for the next 30 days.
|
| | You can do any type of exercise you like...
Weight training, cardio, body
weight, stretching, yoga, walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, martial
arts, fitness classes, you name it - it's all good...
Pretty much any form of purposeful physical exercise counts towards this challenge!
Ideally
you would include different forms of exercise.
(i.e. strength training
one day, cardio the next, etc.)
But the most important thing is to build the habit of being the type of person who shows up and does something everyday no matter
what...
"Good Enough, But Good Enough Consistently".
If you're up for the challenge of being active for the next 30 days, please just let me know by hitting reply to this email and typing "30 x 30" in your message. |
