Over the past week we've done something very unqiue over on the Total Fitness Bodybuilding Facebook Group. I took a select group of guys through a 5-Day "Lose Your Gut" Challenge!
Over the course of 5 days I personally coached them through the first phase of my Muscle After 40 Blueprint. During the 5-Day challenge I provided them with the principles, mindset, and action steps required to make a lasting fitness and fat loss transformation - and ultimately how to Lose Their Gut while building lean muscle in the process :-)
