But it wasn't an easy journey, Jeff went through many ups and downs and tried "everything"... From joining the gym, to trying every mainstream program - keto, Intermittent Fasting, using My Fitness Pal, counting macros IIFYM, and appetite suppressants - which almost cost him his life - literally causing his liver to shut down and ending him up in hospital for 6 months!
But just last year Jeff had enough and decided to reach out to me for help...

Then in November of 2020 he came on board with the "Muscle After 40 Blueprint Coaching Program" and it was the best decision he's ever made.
Over his fitness and fat loss journey Jeff went from an obese 395 pounds to right now (at the time of our video) he is tipping the scales at a fit and healthy 251 pounds with energy to burn.
He's literally a new man inside and out - and he is loving life!
