One of the best workout finishing moves that you can do to help build up your grip strength, as well as building functional strength from head to toe, is the Farmers Walk.

This exercise is super simple, all you need to do is grab a pair of heavy dumbbells and go for a walk around the gym. 

Now most people think of the Farmers Walk as a forearm workout (which it certainly is) but there are many more muscles that come into play when you do this awesome exercise.
