Just the other day I got an e-mail from one of my subscribers saying...
"I go to the gym 5 days per week and train hard by lifting weights and doing cardio. I eat clean and healthy - no chips, candy, pizza, or ice cream - except for the occasional "cheat meal". But I still can't get rid of this darn gut... What am I doing wrong?"
