I'm getting to the end of my "30 Day Shred - Fat Loss Challenge" and this week could make or break everything - because I'm traveling, eating out in restaurants, and not able to stick to my set workout plan.
If you've been following along with my progress and my goal of losing 10 pounds in 30 days, you've seen that I've been getting pretty good results with losing fat and getting leaner - without going to extremes.
I haven't been doing 2 hour per day workouts, no extreme low carb cutting diets, no cutting out food groups, or any of that stuff...
In fact, I've been living a somewhat "normal" life and still losing weight (imagine that).
I just posted another video update - but this one was shot while attending a Fitness Seminar Event in Toronto, Canada.
This throws a monkey wrench into my whole 30 Day Shred because now I have to try and eat healthy in restaurants and make the best of a crappy situation without following a structured eating or workout program.
This week could literally make or break my entire progress, because as you know, most people gain weight when traveling and eating out in restaurants...
