You'll go from a frustrated yo-yo dieter -
to knowing EXACTLY how to burn the fat and build lean muscle - and do so
without going to extremes, suffering and starving yourself in the

HOW THE LOSE YOUR GUT CHALLENGE WILL WORK:
You'll be following the fat burning nutrition protocol laid out in the
downloadable Lose Your Gut "cheat sheet" every single day (which will be available on the FB page).
Each day at 8am EST I'll be going live in the group to get you
motivated for the day ahead and provide you with your accountability
task.
These tasks will be simple and achievable for everyone - but they must
be completed by 11pm the same day it's set. If it isn't, you'll be
kicked out of the group.
Harsh I know, but commitment is needed when it
comes to making a change. And completing these accountability tasks on
time is how I'll test your commitment.
On Thursday at 9pm EST I'll be hosting a LIVE Graduation Workshop where
