Hey Friend,
In a couple months I'm going to be turning the BIG 4-0...
That's a big milestone birthday, and my goal now is to get "Fit Over 40". When I was younger it was a lot easier to follow a proper workout and nutrition program. But as I've gotten older and have more responsibilities on my plate, it's a lot harder to keep up with the day to day grind of going to the gym and sticking to a structured meal plan.
Now don't get me wrong, it's not like I've stopped working out entirely, but I certainly haven't been as consistent as I should have... And that's why I'm going to "Start Again".
I'm not only doing this for myself, but I want to show my online followers who come to me for muscle building and fat loss advice, that I still know what I'm doing after all these years.
In addition to that I want to be a positive role model for my son. I'm sick and tired of having a soft and mushy "Dad Bod", so I'm going to take action starting now to change that.
Over the next several videos I'm going to highlight EXACTLY what I'm doing with regards to eating, exercise, and mindset as I work towards getting "Fit Over 40".
