This is a common question that I get from my online followers and one that I've covered many times through my Ask Lee Video Q & A's.
A lot of guys think that you need to eat more calories on the days you workout because you are burning more calories, and that you should eat less calories on rest days since you are not as active.
And while this is true to a certain degree. There's a lot more variables that you need to factor in depending on your individual situation in order to get the best results.
How you go about adjusting your eating from a workout day compared to a rest day can have a HUGE impact on your overall muscle building and fat loss results.
