Have you ever been too busy to eat a proper meal and had to gulp down a protein shake on the go?

I have had to do this on numerous occasions... And while it's certainly better to have a shake than miss a meal, it just doesn't offer any eating satisfaction. Once you finish your protein shake you'll be feeling hungry again shortly afterwards.

A much better and tastier option is to have a couple Peanut Butter Protein Balls.
These are great to have as a quick meal replacement when you're on the go and need to fuel your hunger with some quality nutrition.

They also make for an awesome in between meal snack, or a healthy after dinner dessert.

Here's how to make'em...

PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
• 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
• 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 tbsp flax seeds
• 1 tsp stevia
• 1 tsp pure cocoa powder

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cocoa powder, stevia, chocolate whey protein powder, bananas, and flax seeds.

2. Shape the mixture into 8 walnut-size balls, and place them in a container lined with parchment to separate the layers. Freeze for two hours minimum before serving.
