| Hey Friend,
Just the other day I sent you a full chest workout routine. But unfortunately one of the most common injuries that you'll hear about in the gym is a pulled chest muscle or strained pec. This type of injury usually comes about from doing heavy bench pressing, but you can get it from any chest exercise.
Just a couple weeks ago I pulled my pec muscle from doing push ups. Now I'll admit that it was a stupid injury because I never warmed up prior to doing the push ups, never thought I needed to since it was only a "bodyweight" exercise, but you should always warm up... even for bodyweight exercises.
Anyway, I just uploaded a new video that outlines the exercises that I'm currently using to help rehab my pulled pec muscle.
