But when it comes to doing the leg press there is a common mistake that many guys make...
Proper Form for Leg Press (don't make this mistake)
Unlike squats, which can actually be more beneficial the deeper you go, the leg press needs to be done in a limited range of motion for optimal benefits and safety.
