However, I'm happy to say that I've been able to turn that around, and
even better, I've simplified the process.
Now I'm just focusing on those few key

I'm no longer doing those insane 6 days per week gym routines, at most I go to the gym 3 days per week.

plans. In fact, it's quite the opposite and I'm able to enjoy big tasty
satisfying meals. I've been using this new system for over a
year now and I love it!
