Positions Of Flexion BACK Workout Routine.
This back workout uses the "Positions Of Flexion" style of training, which means that you'll be working your muscles through all the different ranges of motion - Mid Range, Fully Stretched, & Peak Contraction.
Now because the back is a complex body part we're going to incorporate a combination of horizontal rowing and overhead pulling moves to work all areas of the back.
