We're over half way through the year and how are things going for you Friend ?
Are you on track to hit the fitness goals you set for yourself?
Are you getting in all of your workouts?
Staying on track with your meal plan?
Getting adequate rest for maximum recovery and growth?
If not, I understand...
Life
can get crazy and hectic at times. Sometimes we have moments of
weakness, laziness, and lack motivation. You may "know what to do", but
for some reason you just can't get yourself to follow through and
actually do it.
Or maybe you can hold it together and do pretty
good during the weekdays...
But then all hell breaks loose
on the weekends and you eat too much, drink too much, and cancel out any progress you
made during the week.
I get it...
I'm far from perfect and have moments of weakness too.
But it's never too late to "Start Again".
When
you hit a slump in your fitness program, don't be one of those people
who calls it quits and lets the downward spiral continue.
It doesn't matter how many times you fall down, as long as you get back up, and keep pushing forward.
Stop the pity party, stop feeling sorry for yourself, and stop making excuses. Today is a brand new day.
Let's do this together. If you need some help, I've got your back.
The "secret" to winning in the fitness game is keeping it simple and
mastering the basics. Start small, learn to enjoy the process, and
commit to constant never ending improvement day after day.
The worst mistake you can make is going from doing nothing - to trying to hit the gym 2+ hours per day, everyday.
Or going from eating anything and everything - to following some crazy low calorie starvation diet.
Going to extremes with your diet or training is only going to set you up for failure and disappointment.
Moderation and slow steady progress in the right direction is the key to making lasting change.
And the older you get, the more you have to respect your body.
Right now at the age of 40, I only hit the gym 3 days per week. Gone are the days of 6 workouts per week.
I'm actually making better gains by training less. Not only
that but I'm maintaining visible abdominal definition year round without
following any crazy restrictive diet plan.
When you learn how to
dial in the right amount of training, recovery, and feed your body the
nutrients it needs - you'll make steady progress and feel great all the time.
Friend if you'd
like some help with planning out a realistic program that's right for
you, your body type, your schedule, and fitness goals - just hit me up,
reply back to this e-mail, and let me know about the fitness goals you'd
like to achieve.
I'll be more than happy to have to have a chat
with you and we can map out a strategy and action plan to help you crush
your fitness goals over the next few months.
Together we can do this, and remember it's never to late to "Start Again".
