Over the past several months I've added a lot of new friends and followers. So I figured it would be a good idea to share an update post about how Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding got started.
Many people don't realize that back in 1997 I started one of the very first bodybuilding & fitness websites on the Internet… And to put things in perspective, the Internet only became a public network as we know it back in 1996. This was right at the start of the "Dot Com" boom.
