Over the past several months I've been doing a weekly Total Fitness Bodybuilding Podcast. And the feedback has been very encouraging.
Many of you have reached out to me personally sharing how much you've enjoyed the practical tips and real world fitness & nutrition strategies that you've gotten from listening to these podcasts.
My goal is to put out a new Total Fitness Bodybuilding podcast episode each week. But unfortunately, I won't be able to keep up with that this week.
Running our "Lose Your Gut" Challenge Group last week took top priority and I simply haven't had a chance to record a new podcast for this week. But we'll be resuming our regular podcast schedule next week.
