What's happening? It's Lee Hayward here and today I'm going to share my new bodybuilding workout with you.
This program is an Upper / Lower Body Rotational Split Routine and it's currently our Workout Of The Month over on the TFB "Inner Circle".
With this program you'll train upper body during one workout, and lower body during the next workout. So, your body part frequency is going to be relatively high, if you train 4 days per week, you'll hit each major muscle group twice per week.
Each workout includes 1-2 exercises per muscle group, but we're going to rotate through different exercises for each workout. So, over the course of the entire program you'll get to perform a variety of different exercises for each muscle group.
In the video below you'll get the first workout of the program - Upper Body 1 A.
Over the next few weeks I'm going to be making videos of all the workouts in the Upper / Lower Body Rotational Split Routine and posting them up as a new Playlist Workout Series on the Total Fitness Bodybuilding YouTube Channel.
