Happy Canada Day to my fellow Canadians.🇨🇦

Today I enjoyed a family BBQ to celebrate the day, and I want to share how I was able to enjoy myself without blowing my diet.

While I was out at the BBQ grilling the meat I sipped on a Non-alcoholic beer.

Before the main course we started with a large garden salad topped with a 50/50 mix of low calorie salad dressing and fat free Greek yogurt as the salad dressing.

Then we had hamburgers with sugar free BBQ sauce, mustard, and pickles. I ate 2 burgers, but only 1 bun.

Then for dessert I had a low fat Greek yogurt ice cream bar with a bowl of fresh mixed berries.

This was a large satisfying meal, but very moderate in calories. Low in fat, low in sugar, but high in protein and nutrients!

Bottom line, you don't have to starve yourself to get lean and stay lean if you know what you're doing.
