Right now at the start of my program - July 11, 2019 - I'm currently
203.8 pounds and my goal is to get down to 193 pounds by August 11,
2019.
During the next 30 days I'll be sharing everything
I'm doing with regards to fat loss diet and training.
You'll be able to see some of the meals
I'm eating, the workouts I'm doing, the supplements I'm taking, the
cardio I'm doing, etc. Along with my weekly check-ins and progress pics.
It should be a fun journey and by
sharing it with you it will help to hold me accountable to follow
through and do what I say I'm going to do.
