Hey Friend,

Now that summer is here it's a perfect time to get outside and do some fat burning cardio like bike riding, walking, hiking, swimming, etc.

And I've set a short term fitness goal for myself to drop 10 pounds of bodyfat over the next 30 days.

I'm going to be sharing my progress on YouTube in a "30 Day Shred - Getting Ripped After 40" video playlist series.

Right now at the start of my program - July 11, 2019 - I'm currently 203.8 pounds and my goal is to get down to 193 pounds by August 11, 2019.

During the next 30 days I'll be sharing everything I'm doing with regards to fat loss diet and training.

You'll be able to see some of the meals I'm eating, the workouts I'm doing, the supplements I'm taking, the cardio I'm doing, etc. Along with my weekly check-ins and progress pics.

It should be a fun journey and by sharing it with you it will help to hold me accountable to follow through and do what I say I'm going to do.
