Over the 5 Lose Your Gut Challenge I'm gonna to show you how to master your metabolism and build a lean athletic body. You'll go from a frustrated yo-yo dieter - to knowing EXACTLY how to burn the fat and build lean muscle - and do so without going to extremes, without cutting carbs, or starving yourself in the process.
A bold claim I know - and you may be ready to call Bull S#!t...
But keep reading and I'll explain exactly how we're gonna to do just that.
HOW THE LOSE YOUR GUT CHALLENGE WILL WORK:
1️⃣ You'll be following the fat burning nutrition protocol laid out in the downloadable Lose Your Gut "cheat sheet" every single day. (link to that is below in this email)
2️⃣ Each day at 8am EST I'll be going LIVE in the group to get you motivated for the day ahead and provide you with your coaching lesson and accountability task.
3️⃣ These accountability tasks will be simple and achievable for everyone in the group - but they must be completed within 24 hours in order to keep up with the group. And completing these accountability tasks on time is how I'll test your commitment.
4️⃣ On Thursday at 9pm EST I'll be hosting a LIVE Graduation Workshop Webinar where I'll be putting everything together into a complete step-by-step system and revealing the next phase of your fitness transformation journey.
Note: since we have an International audience, I will be hosting a second LIVE Graduation Workshop on Friday at 9am EST to accommodate people in different time zones. You can choose the one that fits best with your schedule.
The truth is the next 5 days is only a kick start and isn't something you can follow forever, so on the live workshop I'll be providing you with the missing pieces of the puzzle to sustain your fat loss results over the long term.
