When it comes to building Big Muscular Arms most guys focus on training the biceps, which is fine. But the secret to packing on sleeve stretching mass to your upper arms is by focusing on building up the Triceps!
The triceps make up 2/3's of your upper arm development. So if you want to stretch the tape measure and get Bigger More Muscular Arms than you need to pack some meat on to those triceps.
One of my favorite mass building tricep moves is an Old School exercise called the Atomic Tricep Blaster Push Up.
This is a great move that will really work the triceps hard and stimulate high levels of Neuro-Muscular-Activation.
