Subject: Killer Push Up Hack - instantly do more push ups with less pain

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

Pushups are one of the best upper body exercises that you can do. They help to build up the chest, shoulders, and triceps. They increase strength in all your pressing exercises (i.e. bench press, shoulder press, etc.), and they also help to strengthen your abs & core from holding your body in a fixed position.

But there's a simple hack you can try in your very next workout to get more reps, more muscle activation, and less pain and strain when doing push ups...

Instead of doing push ups with your hands flat on the floor, like most people do, which can limit your range of motion and place extra strain on your wrists.

Try doing them holding Hex Dumbbells or Push Up Handles. This will keep your wrists in better alignment and reduce strain, while allowing you to get a better range of motion in the bottom portion of the push up.

This is a simple and effective push up hack will allow you to get more reps with more comfort and spur on new muscle growth in your chest.
