The rear head of the deltoid is one of the most neglected and undertrained muscles in the entire body. A lot of novice lifters don't even know about these muscles and end up neglecting them in their workouts.
This can eventually cause an imbalance in your shoulder development which will limit the size and strength of your shoulders, while at the same time increase your risk of rotator cuff injuries, impinged nerves, and other potential shoulder mobility problems in the long run.
If you want to prevent this and develop strong well balanced shoulders, then you MUST include regular rear delt training in your workouts.
I just uploaded a new video showing an awesome exercise that will help you develop the rear delts. And this is a very simple move that you can do with just a set of dumbbells.
