This is a follow up video to my series of simple, yet very productive workouts that you can do at home using just your body weight and a set of adjustable dumbbells.
This particular workout is surprisingly challenging. My legs were sore as heck the next day after shooting this video. In fact, I couldn't even go mountain biking for a couple days afterwards because my legs were so sore.
It just goes to show that you really can get a "Killer Workout" at home with minimal equipment.
