This Sneaky Training Trick is called:

Compound Exercise Overload Training or C.E.O. Training for short.

To give you an idea of how well this works, the first time Nick used Compound Overload Training on himself, on the Friday he did it, he was able to shoulder press 60 pound dumbbells for a set of 8 reps.

After using this technique for ONE single workout, by MONDAY, he was able to perform shoulder presses with 85 pound dumbbells for 11 STRICT REPS.

Not only was that a 30% jump in strength in 4 days, he even got 3 more reps with it...
