It's very hard to get started - even on a Monday - but once you do get started, it's actually quite easy to keep the momentum moving forward...
And vice versa, if you stop and lose your momentum, it's
easy to stay stuck in a rut for weeks or months on end - and it's very hard to get back on track.

getting fatter. I know it may seem unfair, especially if you're in the
later group right now, but that is just the way things are, so get over it and
figure out how to use this knowledge to your advantage! Once

action steps to put yourself on the fit track vs. continuing to always fall back
into the fat trap. I
can tell you from personal experience (as someone who has struggled
with Yo-Yo dieting and binge eating) that it is so much easier to get in
shape, and stay in shape, by just keeping the momentum moving forward -
even if it's just slowly moving forward.
