I'll get back on track on Monday... (have you ever said that before?)
This is what I used to tell myself week after week, but for some reason 'Monday' kept getting pushed off and I was always too busy, too tired, and kept procrastinating.
Part of the problem was falling into the ALL or NOTHING trap… Thinking that if you can't follow the perfect workout program and give it 100% – then what's the point of doing anything at all.
But that's a crock of BS... Something is always better than nothing.
That's why these days I keep saying that you don't have to be perfect - you just have to be:
"Good Enough, But Good Enough Consistently"
And you can start with just 10 minutes...
The blog post below explains exactly how I used mini 10 minute workouts to turn things around, lose the gut, and get back in shape after 40 without going to extremes, low carb dieting, or following crazy workout routines.
