I'm really happy and pleased to see most of the members rolling up their sleeves and taking part in the challenge. It's fun, educational, and entertaining all at the same time.

But several people have NOT been active - and as a result they have been kicked out of the group!

Yesterday I removed 50 inactive members and I'm going to do another purge of the group today.

I said several times right from the start that this is not some passive challenge where you can just sit back, relax, and watch from the sidelines...

No, No, No...

If you're in the challenge, you'll be expected to actively participate.

Failure to do so will result in you getting kicked out of the challenge!

Simply sitting and passively watching doesn't do anything, you actually have to participate.

Now some people reached out to me and said, they don't want to be a part of the challenge because they are going to "Do It On Their Own"... And I respect that...

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be like Frank Sinatra and - do it my way ;-)

However, how has doing it your way been working for you thus far?

If you're not sure, go take off your clothes and stand in front of a full length mirror and take a good hard look at yourself... This is the result of doing it "your way"...

Now if you're happy with that, then keep doing it "your way"...

But if you're not happy with what you see when you look in the mirror - than maybe you should try another way.

Getting lean (and staying lean) goes way beyond just cutting calories, cutting carbs, and starving yourself...

It's all about creating a lifestyle approach where you can once and for all learn how to master your metabolism, learn how to eat until you're comfortably full and satisfied at each meal - while still losing weight and getting in shape in the process.

Depriving yourself and suffering it out DOES NOT WORK - you've already tried crash diets, you've tried starving, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, you name it, you've done it...

And while you may have lost some weight initially - It Did Not Last - and here you are now, back to square one, starting yet again...
