It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here and my day started with a rude awakening... Literally!After I got up and on the go, I sat down to the computer all ready to answer some comments from my subscribers, and the very first comment I seen went something like this...
"People like you are filled with F*&King Bull S*#T so F*&K You Lee Hayward."
When you get a comment like that right from the get go, you know you're off to a good start LOL :-)
And I literally did "laugh out loud" after reading it. This rude comment came about because I brought up a controversial nutrition topic - Sodium!
The mainstream media has brain washed people into thinking that salt or sodium is evil and should be avoided at all costs. They'll tell you about how it will cause high blood pressure, heart problems, kidney problems, and that sodium will kill ya!
But that's just not the case, especially for hard training athletes and bodybuilders. In fact, consuming too little sodium is more disastrous to your health and fitness than consuming high sodium.
Having too little sodium can cause muscle cramps,
dizziness, electrolyte imbalances, neurological
problems, and in extreme cases it can even be fatal... (Yes you read right, you can even die if you don't get enough sodium!)
