Summer is finally here and this weekend I could really smell the BBQ's all around the neighborhood. The weekend is typically the time when people like to cut loose, pig out, and enjoy themselves. But this can be troublesome if you are trying to follow a strict bodybuilding diet.
The truth is that you're always going to be faced with temptations to cheat. Practically every social gathering among friends and family revolves around food and drink.
And if you want to be successful with your bodybuilding and fitness program over the long term you have to learn how to balance your eating, so that you can still be social and enjoy yourself while moving in the right direction towards your fitness goals.
Now I realize that's sometimes easier said than done...
