After my wife and I had our son Harvey 2 years ago my training and diet got progressively worse and worse...
Sleepless nights, waking up to a crying baby every couple hours, feeling tired and exhausted during the day, etc. That stuff just drains you physically and mentally and kills your motivation to go to the gym and stick to a proper diet plan.
There were several occasions where I picked up the phone and ordered pizza for dinner rather than taking the time to cook up a proper "bodybuilding meal".
As you can imagine it didn't take long for that to take it's toll on my physique...
Before I knew it I had developed a "Dad Bod"...
