A question that I'm often asked by my followers is about lifting
straps to re-enforce your grip when lifting weights.
- How do you use
them?
- What exercises should use them for?
- When should you use them?
- etc...
Now I'm going to be upfront and say that I personally believe in
building up your grip strength naturally without the aid of lifting
straps
"most" of the time.
A big mistake that I see folks doing is getting hooked on lifting straps too soon and over using them to the point where their grip strength gets weaker.
