But
it wasn't an easy journey, Jeff went through many ups and downs with
trying to lose weight... From joining the gym, to trying every
mainstream diet plan - keto, Intermittent Fasting, using My Fitness Pal,
counting macros IIFYM, and popping diet pills - which almost cost him
his life - literally causing his liver to shut down and ending him up in
hospital for 6 months!
But just last year Jeff had enough and decided to reach out to me for help...
He first
started by joining my "FREE 5 Day Lose Your Gut Challenge" that I ran in
October of 2020.
Then in November of 2020 he came on board with the
"Muscle After 40 Blueprint Coaching Program" and it was the best decision
he's ever made.
Over his fitness and fat loss journey Jeff went from an obese
395 pounds to right now (at the time of our video) he is tipping the
scales at a fit and healthy 251 pounds with energy to burn.
He's literally a new man inside and out - and he is loving life!
Jeff and I sat down for a zoom conversation and talked
about the eating, exercise, and lifestyle habits that he has adopted to
lose over 100 pounds - while enjoying the process - and not feeling
like he is suffering it out on another restrictive "Diet Plan".
