Unfortunately no such short cuts exists - if they did we'd all be doing them and nobody would be fat or out of shape.
The truth is losing weight and getting in shape and building a ripped beach body takes time - there's no other way around it.
But the good news is that if you put in the time - you can get the
results. And if you do it right, it could actually be more enjoyable
than the way you're living right now.
You don't have to go hungry on some extreme cutting diet to get in shape.
