Hey Friend,
In today's society you'll hear a lot more about "how to lose weight" than you'll ever hear about "how to gain weight". But if you are a skinny guy or gal who's struggling to pack on quality muscular bodyweight - than you know just how hard it can be.
In fact, gaining weight for a skinny person is just as hard (if not harder) than losing weight is for an overweight person.
When I first got bit by the Bodybuilding Bug as a teenager my #1 goal at the time was trying to fill out my frame and get my bodyweight up over 200 pounds. And through a lot of trial and error on my part, I finally stubbled upon a weight gain eating plan that actually worked and helped me to crack the 200 pound barrier.
