Whenever the topic of bodybuilding nutrition comes up, there are bound to be some questions related to counting your macros...
Just the other day I received a good question through the Total Fitness Bodybuilding App asking if all the macro-nutrients need to be counted.
For example:
-->> Do you have to count the fat you get from protein foods, such as meat?
-->> Do you have to count the protein you get from carbohydrate foods, such as oatmeal?
-->> And do you have to count the protein you get from fat sources, such as natural peanut butter?
