The high frequency repetition cycle workout takes your body through phases of high reps, medium reps, and low reps so you can simultaneously work on developing muscular endurance, strength, and power all within the same training cycle.

If you're like most people, you'll prefer one repetition range over the others, but it's important to include them all in your workouts. So make sure to go through the full cycle of high, medium, and low reps.

Strategically cycling your repetitions like this is one of the fastest ways to stimulate maximum growth and build new muscle tissue. By doing this you'll get a new level of awareness of how your body responds to different rep ranges, and you will provide optimal training stimulation for the different muscle fibers (i.e.
Type I fibers, Type IIa fibers, Type IIb fibers).
