Everyone who lifts weights is eventually going to hit a plateau. It's only a matter of time. The question is not if you are going to hit a plateau, but when are you going to hit a plateau.
Just the other day I received this question from one of my YouTube subscribers...
John Mudkips wrote: "Hello Lee, I've been following your channel for a long time now and I really enjoy your content. I would like to ask for some advice on busting out of a plateau for over head presses. All of my other lifts are progressing along fine it's just I find it hard to make progress in that 1 exercise.
