In times like this it's more important than ever to keep working out and stay fit.

Not just for the physical fitness benefits - but for the mental benefits and stress relief that you get from doing regular exercise.

Unfortunately, with most of the gyms closed there are millions of guys worldwide in the jam.

So to help you overcome this problem, I've just posted a Brand New follow along home workout that you can do when you can't go to the gym.

This bodybuilding workout can be done anywhere using minimal equipment - literally just your own body weight and rubber resistance bands.
