I know you are probably overwhelmed with all the talk about Coronavirus and how the world is in a panic right now.

Things are changing by the day... The Goodlife Gyms in Canada have all closed, schools are closed, day cares are closed, community centers are closed, etc.

To help you continue making progress with your fitness and fat loss goals, I'm in the process of making a new "Home Workout" video series using minimal equipment. This first workout video is already shot and will be published tomorrow!

In the meantime I recommend that you get some rubber resistance bands, similar to the ones from http://bodylasticbands.com 

You can order them off amazon, or get them at places like Wal-Mart, even many Dollar Stores carry rubber fitness bands these days.

This will help you get you through the tough times ahead and still make gains - even if you can't get to the gym.
