I love shopping at Costco, you can buy all the basic bodybuilding foods in bulk and save money in the process.
In fact, I'm saving so much money, that I'm going broke LOL
Now I'm just being a wee bit sarcastic here, but if you shop at Costco, you know what I mean...
Rather than buying 1 or 2 items of something, you'll end up buying it by the cases and crates - and all those big package deals end up costing a small fortune.
For example, instead of buying a pack of toilet paper, you'll stock up with enough bum wad to fill the back of a pick up truck :-)

Here's a run down of some of the basic bodybuilding foods that I like to stock up on for my muscle building meals.
Bodybuilding Grocery List:
1. Protein Powder 2. Greens Powder 3. Meat, Chicken, Fish, etc. 4. Nuts (raw almonds, walnuts, etc.)
5. Mixed frozen berries 6. Mixed frozen veggies 7. Dairy Products like Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Milk, Greek Yogurt, etc. 8. Eggs & Egg Whites 9. Fresh Fruit 10. Sweet Potatoes 11. Green Veggies & Salads
12. Complex Carbs like Rice, Pasta, Oatmeal, etc.
Plus whatever other miscellaneous goodies that manage to find their way into the shopping cart :-)
