| Hey Friend,
One of the big reasons why many people refuse to take care of their health and fitness is because it's Too Expensive.
And I totally agree...
Getting in shape and looking after your health is NOT cheap!
When you factor in the cost of gym memberships, home gyms, personal trainers, nutrition coaches, healthy food, supplements, workout clothes, etc. it can quickly add up.
However, have you ever calculated the costs of NOT taking action to improve your health and fitness?
I know a lot of people don't like to think of the cost of neglect, but often times it's more expensive than the cost of being proactive.
Just to show you what I mean, below
are the average annual costs of treating the most common health
problems that are often caused from poor fitness and nutrition… |
| | Heart Disease = $19,000 per yearDiabetes = $17,000 per year Kidney Disease = $90,000 per year High Blood Pressure = $4,000 per year Medication for poor health = $13,700 per year
I have friends and family members who think that going gym for exercise is "Too Hard"... Yet jabbing themselves with insulin needles on a daily basis is perfectly fine.
Or eating a heart healthy diet is "Not Practical"... Yet having a surgeon rip open your chest for an open heart surgery is totally acceptable.
Or that taking nutritional supplements is "Too Extreme"... But it's ok when their doctor puts them on statin drugs and blood pressure medication for the rest of their life.
Bottom line, you're going to pay for your health one way or another. Either through proactive measures and taking care of it... Or paying the price from years of neglect.
The choice is yours, what would you prefer?
If you think the cost of getting started is expensive... Wait until you see the cost of staying stuck! - Brian Tracey
