What's happening? It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here, and I've posted up another installment of a new workout series that I'm in the process of putting together...
Upper / Lower Body Rotational Split Routine.
With this program you'll train upper body during one workout, and lower body during the next workout. And with each rotation through you perform different exercises for each muscle group.
In the video below you'll get the fifth workout of the program - Upper Body - 1C.
